If the ABC doesn’t have enough children’s television shows, they are about to have more. The latest TV show to screen sometime this year is a children’s drama series My Place, based on a picture book written by Nadia Wheatley and Donna Rawlins.
The book is of the same name and the show will tell the story of one house in Sydney, from the viewpoint of generations of children who have there over the 130 year period.
The series will also be accompanied by an interactive website, so children can explore the house that is the main focus of the show. My Place is set to screen later this year and will air on ABC1.
