For those of you who always wanted to see death inside the Big Brother house, this may be as close as you will come, in the UK horror series, Dead Set.

Set inside the actual UK Big Brother house, the new series is a story about zombies unleashed into the set of the reality TV series.

Inside the house are the usual stereotypes of the camera loving housemates, including the hot guy, sexy chick, the gay one, the flirt, the crier, the nerd and so on.

In addition, the cast and crew get a gig too, with the producers getting characters, as well as many others during scenes shot outside the walls of the house.

The first episode begins on Eviction night with the housemates dressed in their most overt outfits. Outside are the die-hard fans, carrying the usual overboard outfits and costumes of their most loved contestant.

The producers are, as expected, pacing around like stressed out machines, while the runners and crew are doing their best to remain calm under the pressures of live reality TV.

The series turns upside down when a group of zombies finds its way into the reality house, causing a riot of blood, torture, and destruction.

So, while the contestants inside the house are slowly getting picked off one by one, the rest of the nation watches on in literal horror!

The scenes in Dead Set are gory television at its best. Frenetically filmed, there is blood, body parts, gizzards, entrails and more blood.

Dead Set airs 10pm Monday on SBS One.
