Dollhouse has proven to be a successful show, pay TV channel FOX have signed the popular science fiction show up for another season. The hit show only premiered on the network in February, but if you missed the sc-fi drama you can catch up when you watch it on Blu Ray disc.

In September, the popular US TV show Dollhouse will be available to us on Blu Ray disc. Each episode goes for over an hour and there are 12 episodes in season one. But Blu Ray buyers will be happy to know that with season one comes the thirteenth episode “epitaph one” which was not aired on the FOX network.

The sci-fi show centers on a young women called Echo, who is a member of a group known as the “actives” or “dolls” (hence the name of the show). Each doll has been wiped clean of their personalities and existence so that they can be imprinted with a new persona. The dolls are imprinted with new memory, muscles, skills and differing languages so they can complete different assignments.

Their new persona, is a combination of several real people that exist in the real world. The dolls strengths and flaws come out in the end as it is a template from the existing personalities.

The hit show will be screened for a second season on US FOX channel, but we will have to wait until September to see the first season where it all began.
