Mad Men has claimed almost every prize possible in terms of TV series, and now the public get a chance to get their hands on the third season of the high rating show.

Premiering in 2007, the first series rose to fame as millions of viewers fell in love with the series.

For those who are not familiar with the show, Mad Men is set in the 1960s, initially at the fictional Sterling Cooper advertising agency on Madison Avenue in New York City.

The series then bases itself at the newly created firm of Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce.

The show centers on the main character Don Draper (Jon Hamm) who is the creative director at Sterling Cooper as well as a much-loved personality in the area he lives.

The sticking point for the show is the way it depicts the changing social norms of 1960s America.

Created and produced by Matthew Weiner, Mad Men has won more Emmy awards than any current show and has also cleaned up at the Golden Globe Awards and many other prizes throughout its history.

With the fourth season currently under way, now is a great time to get your hands on the third season, and get you up to speed on what’s been happening in the series.

Mad Men 3 is available for purchase at most DVD stores around the world at around the $40 mark.
